The APO or FPO section of the address should be listed as the city, while AE or AP should be listed as the state. Shipping charges to these addresses are based on domestic rates. Extended inventory items cannot be shipped to military addresses. simpleLEASH warrants to the original retail purchaser, that the simpleLEASH® will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of 90 days from the date of the original retail purchase. This Limited Warranty excludes accidental damage, neglect, alteration, and misuse. simpleLEASH shall not be liable or responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or caused by any defect, failure or malfunction of the product, whether a claim is based upon warranty, contract, negligence or otherwise. The simpleLEASH® is not a substitute for traditional obedience training. simpleLEASH does not guarantee the effectiveness of its products due to variances in canine personality, temperament, and influences beyond simpleLEASH's control. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error in the first 90 days. If the item is returned within 30 days for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
